The month of March ended with a real flourish: The Lower School Spotlight performance on the Wednesday and the Upper School Soloist Concert on the Thursday were real treats to close a once-again extremely busy term. A more detailed account of the many exploits of our students will appear before we return to school on Monday, 16th April.
Earlier in the final week there was a vital joint Executive Leadership Team/Governors’ Finance/Resources Committee meeting with two outstanding companies to decide on the Preferred Bidder for the building of Phase One of our new school. Our decision will be announced before the end of April with commencement shortly thereafter. In the meantime I would like you to put two really important dates in your diary for the month of May. We are inviting parents to attend a meeting on either Tuesday 8th May at 7pm or Thursday 10th May at 9am where we will update you on the progress of our new building, unveil design images and a give you a chance to ask questions and discuss the project. Please do try and attend one of these meetings to hear first-hand about these exciting developments and potential opportunities for you to become involved and support the next step in the future of St Catherine’s.
